Permanent Jewelry Is Final Sale
Every Clover B piece of jewelry is handcrafted from start to finish. There may be variations from piece to piece. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry. If you have questions or want to return a piece, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Item must be shipped back within 7 days of when order was received. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Items must be mailed in their original condition and in original packaging.
Permanent Jewelry Policy: At Clover B, permanent jewelry is more than a piece of jewelry- It’s a custom experience. Each bracelet, anklet or necklace is individually measured, custom fit and welded specifically for you. Because every piece is made to your exact size and includes the personalized fitting and welding service, permanent jewelry purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Complimentary Rewelding: If your permanent jewelry comes off within 6 months of your original appointment, I am happy to reweld it free of charge, provided the original chain is still reusable. After 6 months, rewelding is still available on a case by case basis. A small rewelding fee of $15 may apply depending on the repair needed.
If you are travelling or live out of state and are unable to return to Clover B, most permanent jewelry studios can reweld your existing chain for a nominal fee. I recommend visiting a reputable permanent jewelry artist in your area for a quick reattachment.
A few things to keep in mind: Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but no jewelry is indestructible. If your chain is snagged or pulled with enough force, it is designed to separate at the welded connection rather than remain attached. This breakaway point is an important safety feature that helps reduce risk of injury since there is no clasp. If your jewelry does come off, please save the chain. In most cases, it can simply be rewelded.
Thank you for choosing Clover B! I want you to love your jewelry and I’ll always do my best to help keep it beautiful and wearable for years to come.
Jewelry Care
To protect your jewelry, take off near water (i.e. swimming, showering, handwashing) as well as during exercise. Avoid contact with oils, makeup and hairspray.
When silver is exposed to oxygen or moisture, it can tarnish. Store in a dry place or an airtight bag to slow down this process. Polishing cloths can be used to shine your piece, but use gently if there is a patina surface and avoid contact with the stones as they may scratch.
